Connecting to the quantum field to develop your natural psychic abilities

I just looked at the analytics for my blog - wow! I’m so grateful, thank you for reading my posts.

I’m sorry I skipped last week. I had my hands full with the sweetest cat that showed up at my home and wouldn’t leave. I spent several days calling, and driving to, various animal shelters. I kept seeing the angel number 333 while the cat was with us (he’s now at the Humane Society awaiting adoption). After driving back home from the Humane Society, I realized that the universe sent this cat to spend a few days with me and my family. I’ll provide more insight on that, as well as angel numbers, in a future post.

In this post, I’ll teach you how to connect to the quantum field during meditation to access guidance from the universe (aka developing your natural psychic abilities). I only started meditating last year so I’m still new to it. But I will share what I’ve learned and hopefully it inspires you.

The goal of meditation is to let go of all thoughts. When we do this, we become an energetic field that can tap into the energy of the quantum field, also known as “source.” Source is the energetic field where all physical life form originates, and where all life energy returns once it is no longer in a physical form.

Source energy is love, which vibrates at a high frequency. To connect with source energy, you have to raise your energy vibration until it’s high enough to connect with source. You can do this by radiating feelings of gratitude, joy and love during your meditation. This may require some practice because it’s not enough to simply think about being grateful, joyful and loving. You must actually feel these feelings within your core in order to raise your energy vibration.

Once you have raised your energy vibration, let go of all thought. You will know that you have connected with source if you start feeling overwhelmed by love and warmth. Another way to know that you have connected with source is if you start receiving messages. These messages can come to you in different forms, depending on the intuitive senses that are most developed within you.

There are eight different forms of intuitive senses, which are known as clairs (described below). When you connect with source, you will receive messages through one or more of these clairs. These messages will come to you out of the blue, with no logical explanation:

  • Clairvoyance – receiving messages through sight/vision (i.e., seeing an image that pops into the forefront of your mind)

  • Claircognizance – receiving messages through knowing (i.e., experiencing a flash of insight that comes out of nowhere)

  • Clairempathy – receiving messages through emotion (i.e., feeling the emotions of a loved one who has passed)

  • Clairgustance – receiving messages through taste (i.e., feeling the taste of a specific food that you associate with someone/something)

  • Clairsalience – receiving messages through scent (i.e., smelling a scent that you associate with someone/something)

  • Clairaudience – receiving messages through sound (i.e., hearing voices or hearing a song that you associate with someone/something)

  • Clairsentience – receiving messages through your body (i.e., feeling goosebumps that come out of nowhere)

  • Clairtangency – receiving messages through touch (i.e., touching an object and knowing things about the person who previously owned it)

During meditation, I receive messages through clairvoyance (simple images) and claircognizance (flashes of insight). I have also experienced clairempathy but not during meditation. I experienced it during my past life regression – it’s how I was able to feel the powerful emotions of my prior lives.

Here is a meditation that can help you connect to the quantum field. I like this meditation because the first half contains a message about feeling grateful (to help you raise your energy vibration) and the second half is just music (so that you can let go of thought). FYI – this meditation is part of a series in Deepak Chopra’s “21 Days of Abundance Meditation Challenge.”

If you have a specific question that you would like the universe to answer, I recommend you ask it at the very beginning of the “quiet” half of this meditation (when Chopra stops speaking and it’s just music). Ask your question out loud, let go of all thought, and radiate feelings of gratitude, joy and love.

Don’t expect an answer the first time you do this. Sometimes it takes a few tries before you can raise your energy vibration enough to receive messages. Also, don’t have expectations once you ask the question. Ask the question, and then forget about it. If you are obsessed with getting an answer, that defeats the purpose of meditation!

If you do get an answer, it’s mind-blowing – at least that’s how it felt for me.

In my next post, I’ll provide insight on who those messages are coming from and what purpose those messages serve.
