The quantum field 101
Most of my previous posts focused on what I experienced during my three-hour past life regression session. In fact, past life regression is why I launched this blog – I was so moved by the experience that I wanted to share it with the world. Now that I have, I’d like to talk about the quantum field.
I’ve read several books to better understand the relationship between quantum physics and spirituality. Here’s what I’ve learned:
Quantum physics has stumped scientists for decades. Even the most brilliant scientific minds, like Albert Einstein, struggled to make sense of it.
Much of traditional physics focuses on matter (things you can see and touch). Quantum physics is the study of matter broken down into its most basic form – atoms – which are mostly comprised of energy.
Scientists have observed that atoms don’t behave the way matter does. In fact, atoms don’t have any rules as to how they behave. This is what scientists find most confusing.
Scientists have done countless experiments over the years and have concluded that atoms can exist in multiple states at the same time, and the behavior of those atoms will change once they are observed by someone. This is called quantum superposition.
This means that the future state of an atom cannot be predicted. It will be different for each person who is observing it.
Another component of quantum physics is entanglement. Atoms can become linked and can influence each other even when they are separated by a large distance.
It is my belief that superposition and entanglement together make it possible for us to connect to the quantum field.
But because the quantum field is energy – where matter does not exist – we have to become energy in order to connect with it (via entanglement). Once we do, we can influence that energy (via superposition) to create our physical reality. This is called manifestation.
Meditation is a powerful tool that allows you to become energy. The goal of meditation is to let go of all thought. When you do that, you strip yourself of your identity which is what ties you to the physical world – a world that is rooted in matter.
Through meditation, you can become an energetic field that can connect with the energy of the quantum field. I’ve connected with the quantum field during meditation and have been able to tap into soul-fulfilling spiritual guidance.
In my next post, I will share tips on how you can access universal guidance during meditation.
